Microneedling

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure. At my clinic, the skin is pricked at 18,000 rpm with tiny sterilized needles. This causes your body to increase collagen and elastin production, which helps you look younger. Microneedling is also referred to as collagen induction therapy (CIT).

Microneedling causes your skin to plumpen and thicken, ultimately reducing the appearance of scars, fine lines, and other skin texture changes.

  • Acne

  • Fine Lines and Wrinkles

  • Hair Loss

  • Scars

  • Hyperpigmentation and Age Spots

  • Eye Bags

  • Large Pores

RLT penetrates the skin 5mm, where it boosts production of ATP, or the cell's energy source. This allows damaged cells beneath the skin to heal. RLT boosts collagen, elastin, and fibroblast production, which is what keeps you looking young. This is FDA approved!

This is my favorite part of the microneedling procedure! These apples, specifically called Uttwiler Spätlauber, have anti-aging properties within them. Studies have been conducted to compare these apple stem cells to PRP (platelet rich protein), and they have the same outcome! I make serums using apple stem cells, and then apply them to the face after the microneedling session.

Microneedling vs. Nanoneedling

This shows the different tips. Microneedling has 12 needles and penetrates the skin, while nanoneedling has 81 silicone tips and doesn't penetrate the skin. Nanoneedling is comparable to a facial.
